What Level 2 actually means
A Level 2 Accredited Service Provider is authorised by the network operator to work on the wires between the street and your meter. Most electricians are not, so they have to subcontract that half of the job out and you wait for two crews to line up. -

Underground and overhead mains
Upgrade your property's electrical supply with a new private pole and underground mains installation. We replace existing overhead electrical services with safe, reliable and compliant underground cabling, improving both the appearance and the functionality of your property. -

Defect notices
If you have been issued a defect notice, photograph it and send it through. We will tell you what it involves and handle the paperwork with the network.
